Recent Studies in the Holland have shown that men who consume black tea which contains catechins are fifty percent less likely to die of something called ischemic heart disease. This happens when the arteries become clogged and can no longer function in the normal manner.
So Black Tea is great against fighting certain diseases and is not just a simple beverage to quench our thirst.
