Tea Recipes are all part of the scheme of things in the big wide world of tea, tea is not only a beverage it is an ingredient that can play a major part in many a scrumptious recipe. Tea can be used in sweet creations or indeed as a spice in the more savory delights, as I am interested in the subject I am always coming across interesting ways of using the worlds teas. Welsh Tea Bread

Welsh Tea Bread recipe.
Use 2 mugs of dried fruit however this can vary either way depending on your tastes..
1 mug brown sugar
1 mug warm Tea this recepie is best sutied to Earl Grey
1 beaten egg
2 mugs of self raising flour
Directions..
Place the sugar, tea and fruit into a mixer, stir it all up and then add your egg, stir it using the mixer for a short birst then slowly mix in the flour. then place in a lined baking tin and put it in the oven for 1 and a half hours at 150/300/Gas mark 2.
You can eat this with Tea and Butter however without butter makes this Tea recipe very low fat indeed..
